Business Engineering Institute (BEI)™
Introduced January 01, 2007 BEI™ was established with one mission, "comprehensive support of Business Process Owners (BPO) in managing IT resources". Most companies have typically not devoted resources to training non-IT employees to manage IT resources, and often it requires years of experience to learn how to do that effectively. One misguided or ill informed decision in this effort can result in catastrophe.
BEI™ is established to provide economic, expert guidance to BPOs in effectively managing inherited IT resources.
